Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. As the premier athletic and social club on Seattle’s Eastside, the Bellevue Club is a gathering place for the Northwest’s most celebrated and visionary citizens. The Bellevue Club Food and Beverage division is in search for an evening busser to join our Cosmos Lounge team. This position sets and clears tables and maintains overall cleanliness of the dining area. Assists food servers with various duties, including food expediting and beverage service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clears tableware items and resets tables in a timely manner following proper sanitation procedures.

• Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles assigned service equipment such as espresso machine, blenders, reach in coolers, etc.

• Replenishes low quantities of cleaning supplies as well as breaks down heavy duty cardboard for recycling.

• Communicates effectively with guests and answers questions concerning menu items, specials, and beverages.

• Performs all Host position duties (see Host job description).

• Maintains a rough inventory of service ware and communicates with the Manager when items are low and should be ordered.

• Evaluates and maintains the cleanliness of all aspects of the dining room.

• Lifts full beverage kegs from a refrigerator to a cart. Transports the kegs via the cart and unloads the kegs into the refrigerators.

• Puts away beverage orders and paper supplies. Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage area.
